Shipping Information

ihelppets.com uses UPS for most orders. Occassionally we ship USPS. We ship to Canada and some other countries. If your country is not included on our shipping list, please email orders@ihelppets.com and we will quote a shipping price to your country.

Most orders ship within 24 hours. Orders with dog treats may ship on the Tuesday following the order. In an effort to get the freshest treats for your dog and cats we have treats shipped in every Tuesday. So if your order contains treats, it will ship on the following Tuesday.

Items purchased from ihelppets.com may be returned if the item has not been used. It must be returned within 30 days of purchase and accompanied by a receipt. Returns should be sent to ihelppets.com PO Box 343 Pocopson, PA 19366. If you return an item that has been used, we will donate it to an animal shelter and will not issue a refund. Thank you for understanding.
